The Taoglas Comet MA322 is a low profile, puck style, adhesive/magnetic mount antenna. The MA322 contains 2 5G/4G high performance elements for use in MIMO cellular systems. It covers all cellular frequencies from 600MHz to 6GHz, which stable gain and high efficiency for an antenna of this compact size, Ø80mm x 18 mm.
The Comet series has been designed to be as compact as possible so it can be utilized in application areas where other antennas are too large. The Comet has been designed with an adhesive/magnetic mounting base, meaning it can be installed in areas where drilled a hole for securing a permanent antenna cannot be done such as leased vehicles.
Typical Applications Include:
– Telematics
– Gateways and Routers
– Digital Signage
– First Responder and Emergency Services
The IP67 waterproof ASA enclosure measures just 80x18mm excluding the 3M foam adhesive. The antenna can be mounted internally or externally on a vehicle. Both MIMO 1 and MIMO 2 coaxial cables are 2m TGC-1.5DS with SMA(M) connectors. Customized cable and connector versions are also available.
