STIM380H is a small, tactical grade, low weight, high performance non-GPS aided Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) in a hermetic package with greatly improved accelerometer performance. It contains 3 highly accurate MEMS gyros and 3 ultra-high stability accelerometers. The IMU is factory calibrated and compensated for temperature effects over its entire operating temperature range.

STIM380H is a cost-effective ITAR free solution for systems that only had FOGs as an alternative when reaching for the performance level of that the STIM380H can offer.

ADVANTAGES

Full-Scale Range & Features

The STIM300 family of IMUs has a full-scale angular rate input range of ±400 °/s and the output is capped at ±480 °/s. Standard acceleration input range is ±10 g. Axis misalignment of as little as 1 mrad is achieved by electronic axis alignment. All of the IMUs in the STIM300 family product line require a single 5 V power supply and has a digital serial RS422 interface.

User-Selectable Output Formats

The STIM300 family of IMUs offers several user selectable output formats and sample rates for gyro and accelerometer data:
