With the System 6000 GMDSS console, all the communication equipment of the ship can be combined in one small, compact console. One of the main purposes of the console is to make the best possible use of the limited space on board a ship. Furthermore, the fact that all the equipment is kept in the same place makes installation easy and fast. Finally, the modular structure of the system means that it can easily be altered if for example a need to have it extended should arise.
As a standard the SAILOR 6000 Consoles are delivered with light, dimming control, connection boards and SAILOR Moxa Switches for ThraneLINK.
The consoles are fitted with removable front plates, which greatly facilitate service and maintenance procedures, and the modular structure of the whole system means that it easily may be extended and altered.
The high quality and flexible SAILOR 6000 GMDSS Consoles are also available in versions which include the Thrane VoIP Handset for SAILOR FleetBroadband, making the console a complete communication system.
