Calian Carrier ID Detection Software

The Carrier ID Detection (CID) software license is an add-on for the Decimator D4 product family. It provides automatic detection and decoding of DVB-CID (Carrier Identification) signals, as defined by ETSI TS 103 129. Carrier ID helps satellite operators quickly identify and trace the source of transmissions, especially in cases of interference, misconfigured uplinks, or unauthorized carriers.

Technical Features

Compatibility

• Available for all Decimator D4 Spectrum Analyzer models (PCIe, Portable, Multi-Port).
• Requires DVB-S/S2/S2X demodulation support on the base Decimator hardware.
• Fully compliant with DVB-CID ETSI TS 103 129 implementation.
