Orbital Connect collaborates with Speedcast, an authorized Starlink reseller, to offer high-speed maritime connectivity services utilizing Starlink's Low Earth Orbit (LEO) constellation.
A reliable connectivity for boats, ships, yachts and rigs, Starlink Maritime delivers high-speed, low-latency broadband internet at sea. Enabled by a constellation of thousands of low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites, Starlink Maritime offers speeds of up to 350 Mbps, enabling video calls, streaming and other high data rate applications.
Starlink Maritime service is available for use in waters around the Globe. Coverage in local Territorial Waters is contingent on Government approval. The connectivity service is provided on a best effort basis; stated speeds and uninterrupted use of services are not guaranteed.

Starlink Maritime Coverage
Terms and conditions:
| 1. Customer commits to use Starlink service for a minimum period of 1 month. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2. Orbital Connect recommend 2 unit of Starlink Flat High Performance Kit for Starlink services operating on sea. There are 2 different type of setup: | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| a. Starlink Equipment only - The two terminals coordinate with each other and operate in Active/Standby style setup, where the standby antenna will become active if the primary is lost or blocked. Only one terminal actively passing data at a time. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| b. SDWAN Load-Balancing + two Starlink Terminals - The SDWAN connects to each terminal individually, effectively operating Active/Active. SD-WAN dual terminal subscription is required. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 3. For dual antenna setup, Customer choosing (a) Commercial Mobility plan will require 2 Starlink Service Plan subscriptions and 1 Monthly Management fee; (b) Premium Mobility plan will require 1 Starlink Service Plan subscription and 1 Monthly Management fee. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4. The following territories will require additional written authorization and separate terms of service from Starlink before activating service: Ukraine | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 5 Customer can opt in anytime during the billing cycle with the change occurring immediately, however customer can also opt out anytime during the billing cycle with the change taking effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 6. Customer can upgrade plan at anytime during the billing cycle with the change occurring immediately. Customer can downgrade plan at anytime during the billing cycle with the downgrade taking effect the beginning of the next billing cycle. Subject to one time downgrade fee. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 7. Customer can suspend Mobile Priority plan at anytime during the billing cycle with the suspension taking effect the beginning of the next billing cycle. Customer can activate the suspended Mobile Priority plan at anytime during the billing cycle with the activation occurs immediately. Subject to one time reactivation fee. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| 8. Customer can deactivate a plan at anytime during the billing cycle with the deactivation taking effect the beginning of the next billing cycle. Customer can activate the deactivated plan at anytime during the billing cycle (create a new service line) with the activation occurs immediately. | - Priority data is for fixed business and high demand users | |||||
| - Mobile data is for recreational vehicles, campers, and customers needing portable land-based uses, excludes in-motion and ocean use | |||||
| - Mobile Priority data is for maritime, mobile business and in-motion cases, includes land, ocean and in-motion uses | |||||
| 10. Priority data and Mobile Priority data is given network precedence over Standard data and Mobile data, meaning users will experience faster and more consistent download and upload speeds | |||||
| 11. Priority data and Mobile Priority data usage will count during all hours. | |||||
| 12. One time charge is due in advance. | |||||
| 13. Starlink Notification Service only available to customer subscribing to SD-WAN services | |||||
