Terms and Conditions |
1. Customer commits to use Starlink service for a minimum period of 1 month. |
2. Orbital Connect recommends 2 units of the Starlink Flat High Performance Kit for Starlink services operating at sea. There are 2 different types of setup: a. Starlink Equipment only: The two terminals coordinate with each other and operate in an Active/Standby style setup, where the standby antenna will become active if the primary is lost or blocked. Only one terminal actively passes data at a time. b. SDWAN Load-Balancing + two Starlink Terminals: The SDWAN connects to each terminal individually, effectively operating Active/Active. SD-WAN dual terminal subscription is required. |
3. For dual antenna setup, Customer choosing (a) Commercial Mobility plan will require 2 Starlink Service Plan subscriptions and 1 Monthly Management fee; (b) Premium Mobility plan will require 1 Starlink Service Plan subscription and 1 Monthly Management fee. |
4. The following territories will require additional written authorization and separate terms of service from Starlink before activating service: Ukraine. |
5. Customer can opt in anytime during the billing cycle with the change occurring immediately, however customer can also opt out anytime during the billing cycle with the change taking effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. |
6. Customer can upgrade plan at anytime during the billing cycle with the change occurring immediately. Customer can downgrade plan at anytime during the billing cycle with the downgrade taking effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. Subject to one-time downgrade fee. |
7. Customer can suspend Mobile Priority plan at anytime during the billing cycle with the suspension taking effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. Customer can activate the suspended Mobile Priority plan at anytime during the billing cycle with the activation occurring immediately. Subject to one-time reactivation fee. |
8. Customer can deactivate a plan at anytime during the billing cycle with the deactivation taking effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. Customer can activate the deactivated plan at anytime during the billing cycle (create a new service line) with the activation occurring immediately. Subject to one-time reactivation fee. |

10. Priority data and Mobile Priority data are given network precedence over Standard data and Mobile data, meaning users will experience faster and more consistent download and upload speeds. |
11. Priority data and Mobile Priority data usage will count during all hours. |
12. One-time charge is due in advance. |
13. Starlink Notification Service is only available to customers subscribing to SD-WAN services. |
