The sat-nms LFTX/RX L-Band Fiber Optical Transmitter/Receiver System, manufactured by SatService GmbH, is a high-performance solution for analog multi-carrier RF signal transportation over fiber optical media. Designed for scalability, flexibility, and redundancy, this system is suitable for a wide range of satellite communication and broadcasting applications.
System Overview
The system consists of two key components:
- sat-nms LFTX Optical Transmitter: Converts the RF input spectrum into an optical output signal at 1310 nm.
- sat-nms LFRX Optical Receiver: Regenerates the optical signal back into an RF spectrum.
These modules are available as standalone units, integrated into 2RU 19” rack-mount chassis, or housed in outdoor cabinets for external use. The system is designed to support N:1 or 1:1 redundancy switching, providing robust and reliable performance.
Frequency Band Options
SatService offers the LFTX and LFRX modules for various frequency ranges:
- sat-nms LFTXL and LFRXL: 950–2150 MHz.
- sat-nms LFTXB and LFRXB: 50–2150 MHz.
- sat-nms LFTXO10 and LFRXO10: 10 MHz.
Key Features
