The u8 antenna accepts DC voltage, so you need an AC-to-DC power supply to power the antenna with a standard wall outlet. Orbital Connect sells an IP67 rated power supply as an accessory to the u8.
The AC-to-DC power supply plugs directly into the u8. To access the plug, you need to remove the shroud covering the back of the u8 terminal and install an AC plug adapter. The power supply accepts 96-264 VAC and is IP67 rated.
