Public and Private Cellular DAS

CEL-FI QUATRA 4000c is the market’s first neutral host cellular coverage DAS solution with the convergence of private cellular. Designed to allow businesses to solve connectivity challenges and enhance their wireless strategy to be Industry 4.0 ready, QUATRA 4000c boosts public cellular signals for up to three carriers and provides the flexibility to add a private network and extend those signals throughout the building. In addition to pairing perfectly with the Nextivity WAVE Private Networking Service, the system offers industry-leading performance, ease of installation, and speed of deployment. QUATRA 4000c can be installed, up and running, and improve in-building cellular signals within days (compared to months with legacy DAS).

System Components

QUATRA 4000c Network Unit

Model Number: Q44-1M34CNU

As the hub of the system, the Network Unit (NU) features four donor ports: three operator-specific ports (AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile) and one for a private networking signal source. Each NU can support up to six Coverage Units via PoE to deliver reliable public and private cellular coverage inside enterprise buildings.

QUATRA 4000c Coverage Unit

The Coverage Unit (CU) is the remote unit that rebroadcasts the donor signal. The system’s category cable, PoE architecture allows installers to easily scale QUATRA 4000c solutions and use up to six CUs per NU.

QUATRA 4000c Fiber Hub (Optional)

Model Number: Q40-1234FNU

The QUATRA 4000c Fiber Hub expands the NU capacity, enabling a single NU to support an additional six CUs (12 total). The Fiber Hub can be installed 2.0 km (1.24 M) away from the NU to cover large spaces while maintaining the same signal quality throughout the system.
