Profen XY Tracking Antenna

PROFEN’s XY Antenna is suitable to integrate with 1.8-7.3 meters dish antennas and ideal to use in LEO, MEO and GEO applications. The unique design of antenna eliminates the problem of the overhead keyhole issue encountered in traditional three-axis AZ/EL/POL systems.

The XY Antenna design has been developed for safety, reliability, and adaptability. It has a universal flange to integrate with various sizes of reflectors as parabolic or off-set and operate in any frequency band ranging from L-Band to Ka-Band.

The Antenna comes with specially developed ACU system capable to operate in various satellite tracking modes including Step Track, TLE-based program track, Time & coordinate based program track and Mono pulse tracking. The ACU comes with the Outdoor Drive Unit (ODU), which houses most of the antenna electronics such as power supplies, servos and optionally the Indoor Control Unit (ICU), which has LEDs and Display to show and control various of operation of the antenna .

The ICU is normally located in a system room environment, but it can be supplied with an outdoor IP rated enclosure designed for all environmental conditions.
