Kymeta Broadband service is currently available in four geographical regions: North America, Europe, Middle East, and East Asia. Additional geographies and countries will be added in the future. Satellite coverage maps are provided below.
Initial land-mobile and near-shore service is available in the following countries:

Pool plans description
Kymeta Broadband Pool plans enable customers with multiple terminals to share a pool of data. No fees are associated with pooling, as pool capabilities are included in the Essential Support plan.
The following terms apply to Kymeta Broadband Pool plans:
1. Data plans for pooling start at 80 GB/month. Pool plans must include a satellite plan.
2. A minimum of 2 terminals is required to start a Broadband Pool plan.
3. There is a maximum of 5 terminals per shared Broadband Pool plan
a. All u8 terminals must be on the same data plan.
b. The Broadband data plan selected is shared only between terminals within the Broadband Pool plan.
4. The pooled terminals must all be owned and operated by one end-customer.
a. The customer must be billed on a single corporate account.
b. Kymeta shall approve all requests for Pool plan activation.
c. The end-customer details (company name, address, contact person etc.) must be provided to Orbital Connect and Kymeta.
d. Kymeta reserves the right to perform customer audits to ensure the terminals belong to the same end customer.
5. The pooled terminals must all operate in the same region.
6. Pool plans may not be combined with 12-month non-pool plans.
7. Each terminal in the pool must be subscribed to an active Kymeta Support Essentials package.
8. Adding/removing of terminals from the Broadband Pool plan will take effect within two business days.
9. Switching to a pooled plan resets the contract term to 12 months any time a customer upgrades to a pool plan from a non-pool plan or when a customer downgrades a pool plan.
10. Customers may not maintain a Pool plan with any downgrades that would take the total monthly data allotment below 80 GB.
11. Volume discounts do not apply to Kymeta Broadband Pool plans.
